The Great Gatsby 2013 movie is not the first movie to be made based on the book but it is the FIFTH .
The first Great Gatsby Movie Ever was released in 1926 but unfortunately no footage of the film survives other than the one minute trailer and you may find the movie in the archives ( but you can't easily afford it) .
